California’s governor signed Assembly Bill (AB) 150 establishing the Homeless Hiring Tax Credit (HHTC). The credit is available for taxable years beginning January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2026.

LA County’s commerical eviction moratorium is extended until September 30, 2021. During the effective dates of the Moratorium, commercial tenants may not be evicted for COVID-19 related nonpayment of rent.
